Christina Rupp presented her and Alexandra Paulus’ forthcoming paper “Towards Responsible Official Public Political Attribution of Cyber Operations? The Practice of Australia, Germany, Japan, and the United States” during the panel “Addressing Wicked Problems in Cyber Conflict” at the Annual Conference of the European Initiative for Security Studies (EISS).

The conference took place from June 29-30, 2023 at the Institut Barcelona d’Estudis Internacionals, Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona.
