As part of a new book edited by Didier Bigo, Emma McCluskey and Félix Tréguer called "Intelligence Oversight in Times of Transnational Impunity: Who Will Watch the Watchers?", Thorsten Wetzling contributed a chapter that provides insights into the work of the GUARDINT research project assessing civic intelligence oversight and the state of play of international intelligence oversight cooperation.
