International Intelligence Oversight Forum (IIOF) 2019

The IIOF 2019 is a closed door conference organized by the UN Special Rapporteur for the Right to Privacy, Prof. Joe Cannataci. In 2019, the IIOF takes place in Lancaster House, London, United Kingdom. At the event, Dr. Thorsten Wetzling presented recent research on oversight innovations as well as the new online discussion platform aboutintel.eu in front of 150 select experts from intelligence agencies, oversight bodies, government, and civil society. The theme of the fourth edition of the rotating forum is "Intelligence oversight at a crossroads".
