Halyna Saltan

Halyna joined SNV in February 2023 as an office manager. Previously, she was an administrative and finance assistant in the Ukrainian office of the International Republican Institute (USA). As a part of the team, she participated in two  Election Observation Missions. Halyna was studying law at the National University "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy" (Ukraine) and political science at the University of Tartu (Estonia). Her Master's thesis was dedicated to the topic of transitional justice in Ukraine.
