The advisory body at the German DSC: Overview and open questions

The Digital Services Coordinator (DSC) is an oversight and coordination body that every EU member state must set up in accordance with the EU’s Digital Services Act (DSA). German legislators have decided to build the DSC as an independent organization at the Federal Network Agency. It is to be supported by an advisory body. You can find some questions with (provisional) answers regarding this advisory body on the German-language website dsc-beirat.de. The site is intended as a resource on the future advisory body, particularly for potential future members from academia, civil society and business associations.
