SNV policy director at Civil Liberties' "Democracy Drinks" on "Online Activism: Danger, Disinformation & the DSA"

Online platforms are a huge help for activists but also pose serious risks, for example, regarding harassment. Civil Liberties Union for Europe has worked on issues of (online) civic space and will discuss this at their "Democracy Drinks" event on September 21, 2023, 6-8pm. SNV project director Julian Jaursch will be there to provide some insights into whether the EU's rule book for platforms, the Digital Services Act (DSA), can lead to some improvements for activists.
