Lisa is a Senior Policy Researcher on the interface AI team. Her work focuses on establishing AI accountability infrastructures, with particular emphasis on developing third-party auditing ecosystems, bridging the gap between technical and regulatory aspects of AI governance, and assessing emerging technology practices. Prior to joining Interface, Lisa served as a Summer Research Fellow at the Centre for the Governance of AI, worked as a Strategy Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, and led a global health NGO in Ethiopia. She holds a Master's degree from the London School of Economics, focusing on comparative transatlantic approaches to technology regulation and competition law.
