Kapitel im Sammelband: "Was der Digital Services Act bringen könnte"

In a book chapter, SNV project director Julian Jaursch discusses to which extent the EU's Digital Services Act (DSA) changes the ways to tackle disinformation online. It highlights possible strengths and weaknesses and emphasizes the importance of strong, independent oversight. The chapter "EU rules for Facebook & Co.: What the Digital Services Act could bring" is part of the anthology "Digital Change and Civil Society: Positions and Perspectives". In the book, the editors Dana Milovanovic, Teresa Staiger and Serge Embacher bring together contributions on the discourse of digitalization from the perspective of nonprofit organizations.
