Justus Römeth

Justus Römeth joined SNV’s communication and outreach team in February 2023, in the role of event and community manager. Points of interest of his are Europe as a space for communication and discussions on tech-policy and the role of science communication in times of organized desinformation. 

Justus came to SNV after several years in the European Parliament, first in the administration, later as assistant to MEPs Felix Reda, Sarah Wiener, Alexandra Geese, and Hannah Neumann. Before joining the European Parliament, he worked for the German IT-service company CIPHRON. For his undergrad, Justus studied history and business at the University of Amsterdam and Charles’ University in Prague. He also holds a double Master degree from the Erasmus Mundus Programme Euroculture, issued by the Jagiellonian University Kraków and the Georg-August-Universität Göttingen.
