Student Assistant "Strengthening the Digital Public Sphere"
Alexander Hohlfeld supports the project "Strengthening the digital public sphere" as a student assistant.
After completing his Bachelor's degree in Political Science at Leibniz Universität Hannover, he is now studying for a Master's degree in Social Sciences at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. His research interests focus on various questions concerning the relationship between media literacy and political empowerment.
He previously gained practical experience in civic education at the Institute for Didactics of Democracy in Hanover where he supported several Erasmus+ education projects dealing with extremism, conspiracy theories and empowerment. During an internship at the Bundestag Committee for Education, Research and Technology Assessment, he was able to gain insights into parliamentary procedures.
