Diversity Officers in Think Tanks - How to make an impact in your first 12 months
Many think tanks are becoming increasingly aware of the need for a more structured approach to diversity, equality, and inclusion (DEI). Where DEI roles exist in think tanks, they are often occupied informally by HR officers or researchers with a personal passion for these topics.
