Briefing international journalists on government hacking

Reporters without Borders (RSF) Germany just launched its new scholarship on "Empowering Journalists in the Digital Field". As one of the trainers, Sven Herpig discussed with the first batch of international scholars the intricate details of government hacking operations. He presented the possible design of a legal framework for law enforcement hacking operations that respects human rights, security, privacy and the rule of law.
