Privacy and Cyber Security on the Books and on the Ground

As part of a transatlantic dialogue organized by Alexander Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society (HIIG) and the New York University (NYU), HIIG published their reader on "Privacy and Cyber Security on the Books and on the Ground". Sven Herpig contributed a chapter on "Cyber Security Cooperation on the Ground", referencing the work of the Transatlantic Cyber Forum.
