Workshop at European Academy Berlin about Europe in 2118

Part of the European Academy Conference on challenges of the past, present and future #challenges191820182118 was a world café style workshop. Julia Schuetze discussed with participants from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, France, Georgia, Germany, the Republic of Moldova, Russia and Ukraine how the world could look like in 100 years when technologies that are being researched now, such as Crispr, synthetic telepathy or AI are fully developed and implemented. The forecasting exercise assisted the group to understand what positive effects could be fostered and which potential risk could be mitigated already now.
