Defining "Hackbacks" at the Internet Governance Forum 2017

For the first time the issue of "Hackbacks" was raised at an Internet Governance Forum. Sven joined the panel in Geneva with three other experts to have an in-depth debate with the IGF participants . On the panel entitled "The Government Hacks Back - Chaos or Security?" Sven laid out the challenges of misleading definitions and unpreparedness (when it comes to safeguards) for an informed policy debate.
