Bots, hacks and attacks: attribution, identification and the problem of proof

For the second round of their international cyber security workshop series, the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung's office in Israel invited Sven Herpig to give an overview about current developments and threats in German cyberspace. In addition to the German delegation, experts from the United States and Israel participated in the workshop that also covered attribution, cooperation and other prevalent challenges in international cyber security policy.
