Moderation des „Technology Roundtable“ auf der Münchner Sicherheitskonferenz

Dr. Stefan Heumann wurde eingeladen, auf der Münchner Sicherheitskonferenz den "Technology Roundtable" zu moderieren. Das Thema wird von der Veranstaltungsleitung umrissen: "Technology has always been at the core of geopolitics. With the lines between state- and non-state actors becoming increasingly blurred and technologies like artificial intelligence or hypersonic weapons heralding yet new shifts in the balance of power, this roundtable seeks to address resulting changes to incentive structures, decision-making processes and the nature of diplomacy and warfare per se."
